Every year Tax Day is April 15. Get a head start on filing your returns with these recommended websites and resources.
Beginning approximately the middle of January, the library stocks the basic forms used by the IRS and Kentucky Department of Revenue. These forms are free of charge. In addition, library staff can print specific forms for you at ten cents a page.

The library partners with AARP to offer tax assistance each year between February and April. For more information check the library’s Events Calendar [link] beginning in January or contact AARP.
AARP offers free one-on-one counseling, as well as assistance on the telephone and internet to help individuals prepare basic tax forms via their website AARP.
Sure you can access the complete text of the United States Internal Revenue Code, Title 26 of the U.S. Code (26 USC) but warm milk would probably be a better sleep aid.
