Library meeting rooms are available during the hours the library is open and are free to use. Limited before/after hours use is available, for a fee. See full meeting room policy for more information.
Meetings must be free of charge and open to the public. Individuals and organizations using Library facilities may not charge admission fees, sale goods, or solicit donations.
Meetings must end 15 minutes prior to closing to allow for cleanup and exiting. Groups/Individuals are responsible for setting up tables and chairs and for returning the room to its original condition. Kitchen facilities are available at all branches along with media and other equipment.
Meeting rooms will be available on a first come/first reserved basis. Requests should be made as early as possible, and may be made up to six-months in advance.
The Library reserves the right to cancel a meeting at any time.
