Boyd County Public Library has free public meeting rooms at all three locations. In addition, Main Library has two study rooms available.
The rooms are available to individuals, groups, and organizations as long as they are open to the public and free of charge. Library facilities may not be used for fundraising or commercial enterprises. Individuals and organizations using Library facilities may not charge admission fees or solicit donations. Any funds collected or exchanged within the meeting room must not benefit a particular person but be used for charitable purposes or for the maintenance of a non-profit organization.
Meeting rooms will be available on a first come/first reserved basis. Same day use is available but requests should be made as early as possible, and may be made up to six-months in advance.
See the library’s Meeting Room Policy for more information.
