Purpose of Meeting
This is for a Girl Scout Bake Fest. We held it at the Midland Branch last year. The girls will be bringing food that they prepared at home to the event to share with each other. This event is intended to teach the girls about cooking, following directions, and nutrition. They will also have a hands-on demonstration during the event by someone in the community. We are planning to have a small cake decorating tutorial as well. We are partnering with local extension offices to provide nutrition information to the girls as well. We have insurance that will cover the girls and all guests during this event.
