Would you like to start meal prepping but not sure where to start? Come out and join us as Riley Barnhart from Paul Blazer High School shows us how she’s been doing it! Tweens, Teens and Adults are welcome!
Tiffanie Buckner from the Boyd Co Health Dept will be joining us too!
This will be a 6 week workshop series on meal prepping and eating healthier. Taking place on May 16,23,and 30. June 6,13 and 20.

June 13: Tips For Losing Weight and Keeping it Off
June 20: Making Healthy Eating a Part of Your Lifestyle
