I’ve created a user guide for our patrons (and staff) to navigate our ILL system – ILLIAD The guide is located on the repository here as a PDF File Please note – this does nothing with ILL policies (nothing has changed) – it’s simply a how-to guide for using ILLIAD on the patron side Any questions, just let me know! ~Jamie

Patrons now have access to a User Guide for our ILLIAD Interlibrary Loan system. Boyd County Public Library allows our patrons to create their own account to submit and manage their Interlibrary Loan Requests online. To view the new guide, please make sure you have Adobe Reader installed and click here.
