In addition to putting your face in a book, Boyd County Public Library patrons can now put their face on a library card! Card holders can embellish their BCPL card with pictures of their family, favorite pet, or perhaps even their favorite book. Personalized cards are now available for $5 each; patrons may purchase an unlimited number of cards for each individual library account. Adult Summer Reading

Escape the Ordinary

“Escape the Ordinary,” BCPL’s adult summer reading program begins May 25 through September 7. Patrons may simply write a brief book review (at least 25 words) for each book read over the summer and earn rewards based on the number of submitted book reviews. Book reviews may be submitted online or stop by any branch to pickup a paper review form.
