Boyd County Public Library, along with the Boyd County UK Extension Office, will offer a six-week instructional slow cooker class beginning Jan. 27. Slow Cooker Class is designed to acquaint participants with slow cooker techniques, uses, and recipes. Each week a new dish and area of expertise will be introduced.
