Requests for Proposals

Occasionally, Boyd County Public Library issues requests for services. The purpose is to solicit the most qualified vendor for various services and/or equipment.

“Requests for Qualifications” documents are issued for specific projects and describe the project, the minimum requirements, and steps involved. The library encourages all types of organizations and individuals to submit proposals for any projects they feel they are qualified to complete.

Currently, Boyd County Public Library District (“The Library”) is requesting proposals for design professional services. The Library’s needs are outlined in the following Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”).

Submittal date is, on or before, February 6, 1 pm EST (local time). All submissions must be received prior to that time. Bids are accepted two ways, either through the mail OR via email.
