Requests for Proposals

Occasionally, Boyd County Public Library issues “Requests for Proposals”. The purpose is to solicit competitive bids on purchases that exceed $20,000. Items the library might issue a Request for Proposal for include (but are not limited to) equipment, services, vehicles, banking services, or remodeling jobs.

“Requests for Proposal” documents are issued for each project and describe the project, the minimum requirements, and steps involved. The library encourages all types of organizations and individuals to submit proposals for any projects they feel they are qualified to complete.
