Man on a Ledge

If you like Sam Worthington, you’ll love this movie.  If you don’t, then you’ll probably be happier to just pass on this one.  I’m sure it was meant to be a suspenseful, drama-filled theatrical event, but if that is the case then they missed by several Manhattan hotel floors.  It’s advertised as a man on a rooftop.  Hello.  It’s called Man on a Ledge.  The audience should be allowed to wonder why this man has wandered upon the ledge to commit suicide but we are alerted right away that instead, he’s up to something “sinister”.   There is no drama.  No excitement.  I kept watching and hoping up until the credits rolled but there was nothing.  I’m glad I borrowed this from the library and didn’t actually pay to watch it.
